We are looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team for fit-out and construction projects.
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
* 5–6 years of relevant experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably in fit-out projects.
* Strong expertise in cost estimation, BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and rate analysis.
* Good knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and site execution.
* Proven ability to coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
* Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and material requirements.
* Ability to monitor site progress, manpower productivity, material consumption, and project costs.
* Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare accurate BOQs, cost estimates, and project quotations.
* Develop project execution plans and work schedules.
* Coordinate daily site activities with supervisors and relevant departments.
* Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of project activities.
* Manage manpower and material requirements efficiently.
* Ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and project specifications.
