1?? Project Coordinator
? Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
? 8–10+ years of experience in construction project coordination or project engineering.
? Strong knowledge of construction project planning, coordination, and execution.
? Ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
? Experience monitoring project schedules, deliverables, documentation, and progress reports.
? Familiarity with construction drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements.
? Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
2?? Project Engineer
? Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
? 6–8 years of experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar role within building construction.
? Experience in school, commercial, residential, or institutional construction projects is preferred.
? Strong understanding of construction methods, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
? Ability to supervise site activities and coordinate with contractors and consultants.
? Knowledge of quality control, construction safety, and project execution standards.
? Ability to monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and support timely project delivery.
