*Job Description:*
We are seeking a skilled BMS and Low Current Site Supervisor with a strong background in electrical or electronics engineering. The ideal candidate will be capable of reading technical drawings, performing panel terminations, testing, and commissioning of Building Management Systems (BMS). Additionally should be capable of reading technical drawings, performing termination, testing and commissioning of Low Current and ICT devices such as CCTV cameras, WiFi Devices, Data outlets, Racks, Patch panels, Network Switches, Firewalls, Servers etc.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Read and interpret electrical and electronic drawings and blueprints.
- Perform DDC panel terminations and installation of FCU and field devices for BMS systems.
- Conduct testing and commissioning of BMS to ensure proper functionality.
- Conduct testing and commissioning of Low Current and ICT devices such as CCTV cameras, WiFi Devices, Data outlets, Racks, Patch panels, Network Switches, Firewalls, Servers etc.
- Supervise/Coordinate with technicians/helpers and other team members and contractors on-site.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
*Qualifications:*
- Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of job experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written), Arabic (spoken)
*Skills:*
- Strong understanding of BMS systems and components.
- Strong Understanding of Low Current Systems and components.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
