- Minimum 5 years of site experience within Saudi Arabia
- "Candidates with prior experience in cost estimation will be given preference
- Prior experience with multi-story building projects (G+6 or higher) is essential
- Must currently reside in Riyadh
- Valid Saudi driving license
- Strong report-writing skills are a plus
