1?? Mechanical Engineer
???? Requirements:
???? Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
???? Minimum of 15 years of experience.
???? Proven experience in fire protection systems and mechanical projects.
???? Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
???? Strong project management and team supervision skills.
???? Valid membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
2?? Civil Engineer
???? Requirements:
???? Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
???? Minimum of 10 years of experience.
???? Experience in government projects and construction works.
???? Ability to supervise project execution and prepare technical reports.
???? Proficiency in relevant engineering software.
???? Valid membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
3?? Electrical Engineer – Fire Protection & Fire Alarm Systems
???? Requirements:
???? Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
???? Minimum of 10 years of experience in fire protection and fire alarm projects.
???? Strong knowledge of NFPA Standards, Saudi Building Code (SBC), and Saudi Civil Defense requirements.
???? Proven experience with fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, and fire protection low-current systems.
???? Experience in reviewing shop drawings, supervising installation, testing, and commissioning.
???? Ability to coordinate with consultants, project teams, and prepare technical reports.
???? Valid membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
4?? Planning / Scheduling Engineer
???? Requirements:
???? Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
???? Minimum of 10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
???? Proficiency in Primavera P6.
???? Experience in developing and updating project schedules, monitoring progress, analyzing delays, and preparing progress reports.
???? Ability to coordinate with project teams and ensure schedule compliance.
???? Experience in Fire Protection or MEP projects is preferred.
???? Valid membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
