HIRING: Fit-Out Site Engineer (Interior / Civil)
Location: Riyadh (KAFD Site Focus)
Salary: SAR 4,000 / month (Full-time)
Transferable Iqama Required (Immediate Joiners Preferred)
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a dedicated Junior Site Engineer / Fit-Out Coordinator to manage daily site execution and contractor workflows for high-end interior projects in KAFD.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily site supervision and quality control for interior fit-out works.
- Coordinate directly with our Lead Interior Designer to enforce shop drawings.
- Track contractor daily progress, worker headcount, and material deliveries.
- Assist in reviewing contractor BOQs, quotations, and site measurements.
- Follow up on KAFD site access permits and logistics.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
- 1–3 years site experience in interior fit-out or finishing works in KSA.
- Good understanding of reading architectural drawings and material take-offs.
- Strong communication, site control, and daily reporting skills.
- Must be located in Riyadh with a transferable Iqama.
