 QA/QC Engineer (Civil)

Job Description:

Conduct inspections of civil works including concrete, rebar, formwork, earthworks, and finishing activities.

Prepare and maintain ITPs, WIRs, MIRs, NCRs, checklists, and quality inspection records.

Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and applicable standards.

Coordinate with consultants, site teams, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues and close NCRs.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.

5 years of experience in Civil QA/QC, preferably in Saudi Arabia.

Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITP, WIR, MIR, NCR, and CAPA.

Knowledge of ISO 9001, ASTM, AASHTO, SBC, and relevant project specifications.

Experience with concrete, rebar, formwork, earthworks, and material inspections.

Good documentation, reporting, and consultant coordination skills.

2. Civil Site Engineer

Job Description:

Supervise and manage daily civil construction activities at the project site.

Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and schedules.

Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and project teams for smooth execution.

Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, progress, quality, and site safety requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

5+ years of experience in civil construction/site supervision, preferably in Saudi Arabia.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, quantities, and site execution.

Experience in concrete, rebar, formwork, excavation, backfilling, and finishing works.

Ability to coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project management teams.

Knowledge of SBC, ASTM, project specifications, and HSE requirements.

Good knowledge of Autocad, Revit and Civil-3D

3. Road Engineer

Job Description:

Supervise road construction activities including excavation, subgrade, subbase, base course, and asphalt works.

Ensure road works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.

Monitor material testing, compaction, levels, alignment, and asphalt paving activities.

Coordinate with surveyors, QA/QC teams, subcontractors, consultants, and site management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

5+ years of experience in road/infrastructure construction, preferably in Saudi Arabia.

Strong knowledge of road construction methods and pavement works.

Experience with Proctor, FDT, soil classification, aggregate testing, asphalt density, Marshall, and core testing.

Knowledge of AASHTO, ASTM, Saudi specifications, and relevant road standards.

Ability to read drawings, monitor quantities, prepare reports, and coordinate site activities.

Good knowledge of Autocad and Civil-3D
