Rapco Groups Construction is urgently looking for a highly experienced and competent Electrical Engineer / Lead Site Engineer to join our team for a high-risk Saudi Aramco project in Saudi Arabia.

SAR 5,000 – 6,000

???? Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate electrical activities related to power transformer replacement, including dismantling, shifting, installation, testing, and commissioning.
Manage daily electrical site activities and coordinate with the Saudi Aramco client, site team, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Coordinate technical requirements, inspections, testing, and commissioning activities with Saudi Aramco representatives and vendors.
Coordinate with subcontractors and design teams regarding manpower, drawings, materials, work progress, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with Procurement and suppliers to ensure timely availability of electrical materials and equipment.
Ensure all electrical works comply with Saudi Aramco standards, project requirements, quality, and HSE requirements.
Independently manage site activities and provide technical leadership to the electrical team.
???? Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in electrical substation, power, or transformer projects.
Strong experience in power transformers, shutdown activities, electrical power, testing, and commissioning.
Previous Saudi Aramco project experience is highly preferred.
Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration is mandatory.
A valid Saudi Arabia Driving License is mandatory.
Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a high-risk and highly sensitive live Saudi Aramco facility.
?? IMPORTANT
This is an URGENT REQUIREMENT for a critical project. The selected candidate must be capable of taking responsibility for the electrical activities and working professionally within Saudi Aramco facilities.
A minimum one-month handover period with the current Electrical Engineer is required to ensure proper knowledge transfer and a smooth project transition.
