Interior & Architectural Draftsman – Riyadh
We are looking for an experienced Interior & Architectural Draftsman to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare detailed architectural and interior Shop Drawings.
* Prepare detailed drawings for interior design, fit-out, and finishing works.
* Prepare and develop architectural, general site, and landscape drawings.
* Conduct site measurements and accurately reflect actual dimensions in drawings.
* Prepare and update As-Built Drawings based on completed site works.
* Prepare material schedules, quantity take-offs, dimensions, and material lists.
* Revise drawings according to comments from the design engineer, consultant, and site team.
* Coordinate architectural, interior, and structural drawings.
* Update and resubmit drawings for approval after incorporating required revisions.
* Ensure all site modifications and updates are accurately reflected in Shop Drawings and As-Built Drawings.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural drafting, interior detailing, and fit-out drawings.
* Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
* Experience with 3ds Max.
* Strong experience in Shop Drawings and As-Built Drawings.
* Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work efficiently.
* Candidate must currently be based in Riyadh.
* This is a full-time position.
* Must be available to join immediately after successfully passing the interview.
