We are looking for a QA/QC Engineer to oversee quality assurance and quality control processes in our portable cabin manufacturing facility in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate will ensure that all products meet industry standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements. This role involves rigorous inspections, documentation, and continuous improvement of quality systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC policies, procedures, and checklists for manufacturing processes.
• Conduct raw material inspections, in-process quality checks, and final product inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Perform visual inspections, dimensional checks, and non-destructive testing (NDT) as per the requirement.
• Monitor welding quality, structural integrity, surface finishing, and assembly processes.
• Maintain detailed RFQs, inspection reports, test records, and quality documentation for compliance and traceability.
• Ensure adherence to SASO, ISO 9001, and other relevant industry standards.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and procurement teams to resolve quality issues.
• Conduct internal audits and support third-party/client audits.
• Train production staff on quality standards, best practices, and safety protocols.
• Investigate customer complaints and implement improvements to prevent recurrence.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new regulations, and QA/QC advancements.
